App




A Genie app update project. This initiative focused on enhancing user experience and improving internal service operations. We redesigned the bottom tab menu and My page area to resolve content conflicts, and addressed user pain points through VOC analysis, significantly improving service accessibility and convenience. This marked the first service improvement case driven by the design team's systematic R&D, combining user-centered design with a data-driven approach to diagnose issues and develop solutions.

지니뮤직 앱 업데이트 프로젝트입니다. 고객 사용성 만족도 향상과 내부 서비스 체계 개선을 목표로 진행된 이번 업데이트는 사용자 경험 최적화와 운영 효율성 강화를 동시에 추구했습니다. 하단 탭 메뉴와 마이 영역의 구조를 전면 개선하여 기존 인터페이스에서 발생하던 콘텐츠 간 충돌과 혼선을 최소화했으며, 축적된 VOC(Voice of Customer) 데이터를 심층 분석하여 실사용자의 니즈를 반영한 사용성 개선을 구현했습니다. 이를 통해 서비스 접근성과 편의성을 대폭 향상시켰으며, 직관적인 정보 구조와 개선된 인터랙션으로 사용자가 원하는 기능에 보다 빠르고 쉽게 도달할 수 있도록 설계했습니다.

본 프로젝트는 본부 내 디자인팀의 지속적인 R&D와 협업을 통해 다양한 개선안을 제안하고 구조적 문제를 해결한 서비스 혁신의 첫 사례로, 사용자 중심 설계와 데이터 기반 의사결정을 결합한 통합적 서비스 개선 방법론을 정립한 의미 있는 성과였습니다..
