We have redesigned the recruitment website in line with the rebranding of Miridi. The previously plain header image has been replaced with a video showcasing our team at work and the company environment, creating a more professional and trustworthy brand image while effectively increasing visitor engagement time. This enhancement allows us to communicate the company's values and culture more intuitively, fostering an environment conducive to attracting top talent.
미리디의 브랜드 리뉴얼에 맞춰 채용 사이트 디자인도 새롭게 개편했습니다. 기존의 단조로운 상단 이미지는 구성원의 업무 모습과 사내 전경을 담은 영상으로 대체하여, 보다 전문적이고 신뢰감 있는 브랜드 이미지를 전달하고 방문자의 체류 시간을 효과적으로 늘릴 수 있었습니다. 이를 통해 기업의 가치와 문화를 직관적으로 보여줄 수 있었고, 우수 인재를 유치하는 데에도 긍정적인 영향을 주었습니다.

Miridi identified a gap between its internal value and external image, which hindered efforts to attract top talent. To address this, we redesigned the careers page to build trust by highlighting our service achievements, company philosophy and vision, and authentic stories from current team members.
미리디는 기업 가치에 비해 외부에 보여지는 이미지가 부족하다고 느끼고, 적합한 인재를 영입하는 데 어려움을 겪고 있다고 판단했습니다. 이에 따라 입사 지원자가 가장 먼저 접하는 채용 홈페이지에, 회사가 이뤄낸 서비스의 성과와 가치를 증명하는 콘텐츠를 시작으로, 철학과 비전, 그리고 현재 구성원의 실제 경험담을 순차적으로 배치하여 홈페이지의 신뢰감을 높일 수 있도록 디자인 방향성을 잡았습니다.
To reinforce SBVA’s credibility, we strategically structured the presentation of key metrics, including total funds raised, assets under management, and the number of portfolio companies. Additionally, we highlighted prominent startups that successfully secured investments, providing tangible proof of SBVA’s impact. Furthermore, by incorporating images and messages from SBVA’s leadership team, we aimed to convey both market expertise and a human-centric approach, fostering trust and engagement with potential clients.
회사의 가치 입증을 위한 누적 펀드 수, 운용 자산, 포트폴리오 수와 더불어 투자를 유치한 유명한 스타트업 포트폴리오를 순차적으로 배치해 줌으로써, 고객에게 신뢰감을 줄 수 있는 정보 노출을 기획했습니다. 아울러 SBVA의 대표 및 경영진의 이미지 및 메시지를 통해 시장을 바라보는 전문성과 인간적인 이미지를 함께 전달하고자 하였습니다.
